Porterbuilt Street Rods has envisioned, designed, prototyped, and now manufactures this breakthrough in front suspension for 1960-1987 Chevrolet trucks. The Dropmember is a bolt-in front suspension system designed to put these trucks "in the weeds" and still allow for adequate front cross-member to ground clearance. The Dropmember was designed to be used with Air Ride Technologies tubular control arms, although stock arms may be used with slight modifications to lower arm; converts steering to rack and pinion for increased steering performance; and turns the frame-rails into the lowest part of the chassis! It is designed to be used with airsprings, and with a 3" drop spindle and 29" tall tire it will allow your truck's frame-rails to set on the ground.

For those who are looking for added performance the Dropmember C4 is a perfect choice! The name gives it away… you can now utilize Corvette C4 suspension components to make your truck handle like it never was intended! The Dropmember C4 is designed to offer a 6" ride-height with a 27" tall tire, and can be used with a coil-over or Air Ride Technologies Shockwave. When used with the Shockwave and a 27" tall tire the 6" ride height will set the frame less than one inch from the ground with the suspension fully deflated... finally, PERFORMANCE and LOW!!!!
